If you purchased a new hardcover or looseleaf Connected Casebook after July 1st, 2015, you will receive an access code inside your the book.
If you rented a Connected Casebook title from BarristerBooks.com, you should receive your access code immediately in three different ways:
- Your Access Code is displayed on the Order Confirmation screen of your transaction.
- Your Access Code is included in your Order Confirmation email of your transaction.
- Your Access Code can always be found by logging into your Customer Account at https://www.BarristerBooks.com/customer/account/login/ using the email address and password that you used to set up your BarristerBooks account during checkout. Once you log into your Customer Account, click My Downloadable Products from the left-side menu, and you will see your Access Code available to you under the My Access Code section. Connected Casebook rentals always require a Customer Account, so if you rented a Connected Casebook title, you have a Customer Account.
If you did not get an order confirmation email and cannot access your Customer Account with your email address, chances are that you mistyped your email address during checkout and your Order Confirmation email was sent to that incorrect email address and your Customer Account was set up with that incorrect email address.
