What do I do if my access code didn’t work?

If you see the error message “Invalid code”

  • Double check that you entered the code correctly and try again. It does not matter whether you include spaces or not. For instance “1234 5678 9123 4567” and “1234567891234567” are both acceptable formats for entering your access code


If you see the error message “Code already used”

  • Access codes can only be used once and cannot be shared by customers. If you already used your code, simply log into your Casebook Connect account and the book will appear on the bookshelf.
  • Double check that you entered the code correctly and try again.


If you see the error message “Book already in account”

  • You can only have one copy of a specific Casebook Connect title in your account. If you already have a book in your account, simply log into your Casebook Connect account and the book will appear on the bookshelf.
